Absolutely! Most of our rings can be resized and we're happy to help. Simply send us a photo of your ring and what you want and our jewelers will let you know – including the cost. Todd Reed pieces that are in stock will ship within 3 days of receiving your payment. Stock pieces that need to be resized will ship within 7 days of order confirmation. Custom pieces take weeks to months, depending on the piece. We can almost always accommodate rush orders if that’s something you would like, for a 10% charge.

Custom work is precisely the core work of Todd Reed jewelry design. Custom design starts with a consultation, where a conversation with a client advisor will determine what you are looking to create. Todd will then sketch some drawings based on the information shared in the consultation. This initial set of ideas is to simply gauge what design area you are leaning towards. Then you’ll have another meeting to discuss likes and dislikes and any changes you want to make to the design. 

We will share a second set of revisions, and present you with pricing and a proposal before we continue. Once a deposit is made, we will get to work on the object you designed together. When completed, you will receive your new piece along with a certificate of authenticity, descriptive information and a small gift from us.

Yes. A direct blow can chip or fracture a stone along its natural cleavage planes. This is true of every diamond, cut or rough, which is simply part of working with a
natural material.

Rough diamonds are diamonds that have yet to be cut and are very unique. They exist in the natural state that they grow in, no cutting or polishing, and are a signature element in Todd Reed jewelry.

Palladium is its own element, and sits next to Platinum on the periodic table. Todd Reed works with recycled palladium, which is a natural grey color, mined regionally, is hypoallergenic, and extremely durable.

As with any fine jewelry, it’s best to keep your item away from harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, out of damaging environments like a hot tub, and away from hard surfaces such as steel and stone. We recommend using warm water and a soft tooth brush to gently clean your piece. If it requires more than that, please send back to us for a cleaning. To maintain the beauty of your piece from the day you received it and to help keep your warranty intact, we recommend annual cleaning and inspection by our master jewelers.

Yes. All materials need to pass a set of high-quality standards prior to being selected for a Todd Reed piece. 

Todd Reed works with any precious or semi-precious material that does not have chemical impurities and that meets our high-quality standard. Most pieces are constructed from palladium, sterling silver, gold, gemstones, and raw or rough diamonds.
