If you find a piece you love on our website, you can hold it for a nominal 1 percent service fee. Once the piece is on hold, we will contact you to confirm details, discuss any customizations, ask about gift wrapping, and arrange shipping. A full payment is due before any pieces are shipped out.

Yes. Engraving is a beautiful way to add a custom touch to any Todd Reed design, and is available for certain items. If you’re interested in personalizing a piece in this way, email or give us a call for pricing and availability.

Yes, most can be sized, but not all. All stock rings are made in size 6.5 for women, and men’s are made in size 10. We can size your order up or down, up to 1.5 sizes. Rings ordered in women's size 8.5+ and men's 11+ will be subject to a 10% size fee increase. Sizing takes 3-5 business days in addition to shipping time. Please reach out to us for an estimate. All ring sizes under 5 and over 11.5 will need to be placed as a special order and will ship in 4-6 weeks. Some of Todd’s stock rings cannot be resized, but can be placed as a special order which he’ll create to suit the size needed. For all bracelet sizing, please contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to help you get a great fit.

Todd Reed stands by the craftsmanship of his jewelry, for life. In order to preserve your warranty, only an authorized Todd Reed Jeweler can resize, modify, repair, or work on your item. Please contact us to find out what falls outside warranty, or to arrange any repairs, and we’ll be happy to help you.

All Todd Reed pieces contain a hallmark, metal hallmarks, a unique serial number, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes a drawing of the object. Every Todd Reed piece is made at his studio in Boulder, Colorado.

Todd Reed pieces that are in stock will ship within 3 days of receiving your payment. Stock pieces that need to be resized will ship within 7 days of order placement. Custom pieces take about 5 weeks to complete and ship. We can almost always accommodate rush orders if that’s something you would like, for a 10% charge.

No, you can work with an associate at the Todd Reed studio or an associate at the location of a brand partner to design a piece. All associates work directly with Todd. Todd is available to work directly with a limited number of clients. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out.

First off, congratulations! There are few things we love more than collaborating with someone to design a unique piece for the person they love. It’s an absolute honor to be even a small part of your journey. Get in touch and we can start the process together.

Todd’s custom work is fulfilling because he gets to design for an individual and create a piece that mirrors who they are and what they love most. His custom process starts with a consultation, where Todd or an associate will ask questions and listen to what you are looking to create. Todd will then sketch some drawings based on the information shared in the consultation. This initial set of ideas is to simply gauge what design area you are leaning towards. Then you’ll have another meeting to discuss likes and dislikes and any changes you want to make to the design. We will share a second set of revisions, and present you with pricing and a proposal before we continue. Once a deposit is made, Todd will get to work on the object you designed together. In about 5 weeks you will receive your new piece, along with a certificate of authenticity, descriptive information and a small gift from us, in addition to your finished work. Yes, diamonds can and do break. If one of the diamonds on your Todd Reed piece breaks, please contact us to see what your warranty covers.

Rough diamonds are diamonds that have yet to be cut. They exist in the natural state that they grow in, no cutting or polishing, and are a signature element in Todd’s work.

Palladium is its own element, and sits next to Platinum on the periodic table. Todd works with recycled palladium, which is a natural grey color and extremely durable.

As with any fine jewelry, it’s best to keep your item away from harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, and out of damaging environments like a hot tub. We recommend using warm water and a soft tooth brush to gently clean your piece. If it requires more than that, please send back to us for a cleaning.

The metals Todd uses are recycled and purchased through a refinery. His diamonds and colored stones are purchsed through upcycled and recycled markets.

Yes, Todd will be happy to use your existing metals and stones to build a new one-of-a-kind piece. This is a great way to create a meaningful custom item that you or a loved one will treasure forever.

Yes, Todd can use your metal to make your piece, but we will not purchase metal or stones outright.

Yes, and no. Todd will work with any gemstone that can meet a quality inspection done by our team in-house, at no charge.

Todd will work with any precious or semi-precious material that does not have chemical impurities and that meets our high-quality standard. Most of his pieces are constructed from palladium, sterling silver, gold, gemstones, and raw or rough diamonds.
