Each year our team gets together to bake pies. It’s a fun team building exercise and the result is a delicious chocolate pecan pie. I love getting to spend time with co-workers who I don’t work with on a day-to-day basis. It’s amazing what you learn about your team! Many of these pies go to local homeless shelters, which is another great part of our annual tradition.
