I stopped by a new cafe in Boulder this week – Alpine Modern. Located within view of the mountains and near University of Colorado’s campus, it’s in a great place for community to gather. The cafe is welcoming, open and airy. Not only is the location and environment lovely, but the food is also delicious. I tried the avocado baguette which included tomatoes and was dressed with sherry vinaigrette. A trip back for breakfast is in the near future. If you are in Boulder, stop by this cool new spot.
