In November, we participated in a collaborative photo shoot that took place in the Rocky Mountains. Our journey began when designer/stylist Severino Alvarez traveled from South Carolina to Colorado with an idea. He was determined to arrange a rustic styled shoot featuring luxury goods from a handful of renowned designers. He brought along a team of creatives, including photographer T.J. Getz from Getzcreative Photography and Denver-based model, Taylor Tran.
We agreed to meet in Idaho Springs where we would proceed to caravan up a mountain towards St. Mary’s Glacier. Our destination was a few miles up a rocky dirt road and as we climbed in elevation, the road became snowy and slick. Still, we powered ahead in search of the perfect backdrop.
Soon enough, the perfect backdrop was found.
And as the sun dipped behind the mountain top, it was time for us to pack up and be on our way safely down the trail.
But not before getting one last shot…
