Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Phone Orders
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Todd Reed E-Boutique. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition. Online purchases can only be returned online, not in-store. 

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received. Merchandise credits will be issued through our system within 3 days from the date the return is received. Please contact our staff at  1.303.442.6280 or info@toddreed.com. 

In-Store Purchases 
All non-custom items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. All sales are final after the 7th business day from date of purchase. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchanged upon verification of the authenticity and condition of the returned item. Custom items are non-refundable. Any merchandise purchased in a store must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased.

Shipping a Return
Please contact us at 1.303.442.6280 or email at info@toddreed.com to make arrangements for returning your item. A Todd Reed Specialist will provide you with shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number.
