RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Todd Reed E-Boutique. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition.

Online purchases can only be returned online, not in-store.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received- Merchandise credits will be issued through the TRWeb Care within 3 days from the date the return is received. Please contact TRWeb Care at 1-800-376-3609 ext. 104 or trweb@toddreed.com.

Shipping a Return
Please contact us at 1-800-376-3609 ext. 104 or email at trweb@toddreed.com to make arrangements for returning your item. A Todd Reed Specialist will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number.

In-Store Purchases
Any merchandise purchased in a store must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased.
