1. Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, Todd Reed gift certificates are available for purchase. Please contact TRWeb Care at 1-800-376-3609 ext. 104 or trweb@toddreed.com.
2. How do I tell counterfeit Todd Reed?
All Todd Reed pieces contain our hallmark, metal hallmarks, and be received with a Certificate of Authenticity. Please contact TRWeb Care at trweb@toddreed.com with any questions or to report a possible counterfeit.
3. How do I submit a repair?
For any repair inquiries, please contact the original store where the item was purchased or TRWeb Care at 1-800-376-3609 ext.104 or by email at trweb@toddreed.com.
4. Does Todd Reed offer gift wrapping?
All packages will arrive gift wrapped and in our exclusive Todd Reed packaging. You may also include a personalized note that will appear on a Todd Reed note card to be included in your order package. Please provide the message during checkout.
5. Does Todd Reed offer engraving?
Yes, engraving is available for certain items. Please contact TRWeb Care at trweb@toddreed.com or 1-800-376-3609 ext. 104, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm MST for pricing and availability.
6. Can Todd Reed size an item?
Yes, all stock ring sizes are 6.5 for women and men’s size 10. We will size up or down up to 1.5 sizes. Rings ordered in 11+ are subject to a 10% size fee increase. Sizing takes 3-5 business days in addition to shipping time. The first ring sizing is at no cost to you. Should a re-size occur there is a $75.00 fee. All ring sizes under 5 and over 11.5 will need to be placed as a special order and shipped in 4-6 weeks. Some rings cannot be sized and noted. These will need to be placed as a special order. For all bracelet sizing's, please contact TRWeb Care at trweb@toddreed.com.
7. What if an item is out of stock?
Items not on hand at time of order will ship approximately 4-6 weeks after the receipt of your order. You will receive confirmation of shipment when the order is sent.If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you. Expedition fees may apply.
8. What is your warranty?
We warranty the craftsmanship of our jewelry for life. To preserve our warranty, only an authorized Todd Reed Jeweler can resize, modify, repair, or work on your item. Please contact us to arrange any repairs at 1-800-376-3609 ext. 104 or trweb@toddreed.com.
